- Water boils off at 76 degrees at 29inch vac. for quick dry
- Use that to dry the clothes and add warm air stream at exit area.
- Include heat radiator in pressure vent in top of unit.
- Small area where vacuum enters drying chamber limited such as there is suction all the way across the roller.
- The rinse water transfers to mid rinse then to wash so the water is used 3 times.
- Control temp of water using heat pump where the area is warm. If using motor use heat from the system.
- Integrate tanks into the roller cores with pump system. The cools side to condense the water back for re-use in rinse system.
- If it does not complicate the system to much, sense the width of the items being washed and only feed that part
- Special hangers/brackets to send materials through the system. May make multiple wide for smaller items, or cage.
- May need centrifugal dirty water cleaner to catch the worst of the spoils.
- Filter on each pump system.
- May need to use spinning brushes instead of pressure nozzles for space use to keep water together. They can also provide some pumping action. Counter rotating will lessen pressure on brackets and materials.
- Can be made in multiple size for differing items. This would include a sheet/blanket unit.
- Brackets will be less problem if the items can be stored easily with the brackets in use to prevent wrinkles.
- Belt/conveyer to extend from the machine and can be adapted to fold things such as sheets. Smaller items to stay on brackets until use, and the soiled item put on the one removed.
- Energy savings by not heating the structure as much as direct heated dryers.
- Less wear on cloths than tumble dry systems that pull lint from the materials.
- Less water use.
- Can be largely automated if needed for industrial type use with the use of computer and robotic systems.
Further thought circular vac chamber for drying with pressurized pre chamber to prevent water being sucked in by vac from was chamber. The pressure chamber will catch the condensed water to be returned to the system. A vortex chamber to catch the water condensate to return water to the wash chamber. A belt on pair of top squeegee rollers and bottom rollers to lengthen the area where the water could be sucked through the fabric entering the chamber. The pressure chamber should aid in this separation//
